Responsibilities
- Direct the daily operations of the Boston office and manage remote team workflows to ensure seamless execution.
- Develop and manage annual operational budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring financial targets are met.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve business processes, increase efficiency, and enhance overall productivity.
- Conduct performance reviews and mentor mid-level management staff to foster professional growth and leadership skills.
- Report directly to the C-suite on key performance indicators (KPIs), operational health, and strategic milestones.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate operations, project management, or a related leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams and delivering results in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) and data analytics tools.
