Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity across all departments.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in operations management or a similar corporate role.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of leading successful initiatives.
- Experience with budget management and financial forecasting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
