- Manage and oversee departmental budgets, financial forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of operational staff and department heads.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement lean methodologies to reduce waste and increase throughput.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to provide actionable insights on operational performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in operations management or a related corporate function.
- Proven track record of managing budgets, P&L responsibility, and improving operational workflows.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative culture.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
