Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee the daily operations of the corporate office, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
- Analyze operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement, implement process enhancements, and drive cost-efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of managers and staff, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Develop and manage annual operational budgets, forecasting financial requirements and monitoring expenditures to ensure profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including finance, sales, and HR, to ensure seamless business integration.
- Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and internal corporate policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in operations management or a similar corporate leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams and managing complex projects in a corporate setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational reports.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and project management software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Jira).
