Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Direct and oversee daily operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategic objectives.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies within current workflows and implement data-driven solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage annual budgets, monitor expenditures, and report on financial performance to senior leadership.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operational activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including safety standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and internal departments, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to develop long-term operational strategies that support business growth.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operations management or a similar corporate role.
- Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a strong plus.
- Skills: Proven track record of managing budgets, improving processes, and leading cross-functional teams.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
