Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee the daily operations of the El Paso office, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of staff, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with department heads to streamline workflows and resolve complex operational bottlenecks.
- Prepare and present regular operational reports to senior leadership, highlighting performance metrics and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate operations or management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing large-scale projects in a corporate setting.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems and office automation software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
