Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the corporate office, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Analyze operational data and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10+ professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define strategic goals and operational roadmaps.
- Manage the annual budget, including forecasting, expense control, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in corporate operations or management.
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams and managing complex projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
