Responsibilities
- Lead & Mentor: Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of 15+ employees, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and implement data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company-wide goals and budget constraints.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for executive leadership and external vendors.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Operations Management or a related corporate field.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
- Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and project management software.
- Location: Must reside in or be willing to commute to San Diego, CA.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams through organizational change.
