Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

- Oversee budget management and financial performance for operational divisions

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of progressive operations management experience
- Proven track record of leading corporate transformation initiatives
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget forecasting and variance analysis
- PMP or Six Sigma certification preferred
