Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for maximum efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align operational goals with broader corporate objectives.
- Manage budgets, forecast expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
- Oversee vendor management and procurement processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar corporate role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing teams and driving process improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- PMP or Six Sigma certification is highly preferred.
