Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies that align with company goals and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in operations management or a similar corporate leadership role.
- Skills: Proven track record of successfully leading teams and managing complex projects from conception to completion.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable.
