Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational workflows and ensure alignment with company goals.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operations management or a related corporate field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- PMP or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
