Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or a related corporate field.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline is required.
- Certifications: PMP, Six Sigma, or similar professional certification is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Office Suite skills.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving change within an organization.
