Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Manage and optimize complex supply chains and logistics processes to ensure timely delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of supervisors and junior managers.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed financial and operational reports for executive leadership.
- Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement, implementing solutions that enhance productivity.
- Ensure strict compliance with all corporate policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments including HR, Finance, and Sales to align operational goals with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in corporate operations or management.
- Proven experience in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage diverse teams and drive performance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Valid California driver’s license and willingness to travel to various company locations within the Central Valley.
