- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies within current business operations and implement scalable solutions to enhance productivity.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor departmental budgets, forecast expenses, and provide accurate financial reporting to senior leadership.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and internal departments to ensure seamless communication.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure all corporate activities adhere to industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.
- Data Analysis: Utilize KPI dashboards to track performance metrics and drive data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate operations, project management, or business analysis.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and managing complex projects successfully.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to executive stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot operational bottlenecks under pressure.
