Responsibilities

- Budget Management: Manage departmental budgets, forecasting expenses, and ensuring financial targets are met.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing clear updates and reporting.
- Compliance: Ensure all operational activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in operations management within the corporate sector.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, MS Project) and data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Seattle, WA.
