Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize daily corporate operations to ensure maximum efficiency, productivity, and quality control.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of operations professionals, conducting regular performance reviews.
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans that align with the company's long-term business goals.
- Manage departmental budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective resource allocation and forecasting.
- Analyze operational data and metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Sales, HR, Finance) to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
- Ensure strict compliance with all corporate policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in operations management or a similar corporate leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex projects successfully within a corporate structure.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Oklahoma City metro area for meetings.
