Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Direct and optimize daily business operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity across all departments.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and implement strategic solutions to enhance operational performance.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to define operational goals, budgets, and long-term strategies.
- Performance Analytics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for growth.
- Crisis Management: Act as the primary point of contact for operational issues, ensuring quick resolution and minimal disruption to business activities.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in operations management or a similar corporate leadership role.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce).
