Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch for B2B enterprise solutions
- Conduct market research and user interviews to define product roadmap priorities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Develop KPIs and success metrics to measure product performance
- Present product vision to C-suite executives and cross-functional stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ product development budget with ROI-driven decision making
- Mentor junior product managers and foster continuous improvement culture
Qualifications
- 8+ years product management experience with enterprise SaaS platforms
- Proven track record of launching successful B2B products with measurable impact
- Expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product analytics tools
- Strong background in B2B sales cycles and customer acquisition strategies
- Experience managing remote/distributed teams across multiple time zones
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Austin market familiarity or willingness to relocate to the area
