Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market trends.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the Agile development lifecycle, from ideation and design to launch and post-release analysis.
- Conduct in-depth user research, competitive analysis, and market validation to identify new opportunities for product expansion.
- Translate complex customer feedback and business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and technical specifications.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on ROI, user value, and strategic impact.
- Drive data-driven decision-making using analytics tools to measure product performance and iterate on features.
- Communicate the product vision and roadmap effectively to stakeholders, engineering teams, and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the SaaS or technology sector.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling software products.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
