Responsibilities
- Define Product Vision: Create and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with business goals and market trends.
- Lead Roadmap Planning: Prioritize features and initiatives based on data-driven insights, user feedback, and competitive analysis.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
- User-Centric Design: Conduct deep-dive user research and usability testing to ensure products meet user needs and drive engagement.
- Data Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and iterate on product features to maximize ROI and user retention.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex product updates and strategy to stakeholders and executives clearly and effectively.
- Launch Management: Oversee the product launch process, coordinating marketing activities and training materials.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the SaaS or Tech industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and technical architecture.
- Analytics: Proficient in using data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau) to drive decision-making.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams and mentoring junior product managers.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area.
