Responsibilities
- Define Product Vision: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and research to launch and iteration, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Roadmap Strategy: Create and maintain a compelling product roadmap that prioritizes features based on market needs, user feedback, and business impact.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, sales, and executive leadership to communicate product strategy and secure buy-in.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize A/B testing, user analytics, and competitive intelligence to make informed product decisions and optimize user engagement.
- Go-to-Market Execution: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop launch plans, pricing strategies, and go-to-market materials.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management within the tech or corporate software sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and technical architectures.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics) to drive product decisions.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
