Responsibilities
- Define Product Vision: Create and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with business goals and market trends.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Agile Leadership: Lead cross-functional agile teams, facilitating ceremonies and removing blockers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Conduct deep-dive market analysis and user research to inform product decisions and validate assumptions.
- Product Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and prototyping to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success and iterate on product features.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the SaaS or Enterprise software sector.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, APIs, and technical architectures.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and derive actionable insights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of driving product strategy that results in significant business growth.
