Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for high-impact financial software products.
- Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing) to deliver features on time and within scope.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Drive the product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, prioritization, and A/B testing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into technical requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Product Management within the FinTech or SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching complex B2B products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive product decisions.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
