The Role:
As an Entry Level Project Manager, you will be the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. You will assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring alignment with company goals. Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Project Managers in coordinating software development sprints and milestones.
- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospective sessions.
- Track project progress using Jira and Asana, proactively identifying risks and blockers.
- Organize and maintain project documentation, including requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct research and analyze data to support project decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
- Prepare weekly status reports for executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management software (Jira, Asana) is a plus.
