Responsibilities
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to meet deadlines.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Manage cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA engineers.
- Monitor project budgets and track financial performance against the baseline.
- Report on project status, progress, and key performance indicators to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management within the IT, Software, or Technology sector.
- PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, Microsoft Project).
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results under pressure.
