Responsibilities
- Analyze financial datasets to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization
- Create detailed documentation including requirements specs, process flows, and user stories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with technical solutions
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards for executive decision-making
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define project scope and deliverables
- Validate data integrity and troubleshoot discrepancies in reporting systems
- Support UAT cycles and ensure seamless system implementations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in financial services or fintech
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Preferred: CBAP or PMI-PBA certification
