Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for weekend operational projects.
- Data Analysis: Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Process Mapping: Create detailed process maps and wireframes to visualize current and future state workflows.
- Reporting: Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to support weekend decision-making and performance tracking.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for translating technical data into actionable business insights for non-technical teams.
- Agile Support: Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to ensure project deliverables are met.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Schedule: Availability to work a Weekend Shift (e.g., Saturday and Sunday).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Tools: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
