Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering sessions for federal agency clients
- Develop detailed process flows, data models, and user stories using JIRA and Confluence
- Analyze operational data using SQL and Tableau to identify improvement opportunities
- Create comprehensive documentation including BRDs, UAT scripts, and implementation plans
- Facilitate workshops to align technical teams with business objectives
- Monitor KPIs and report on project progress to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of business analysis experience with federal government projects
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Excellent communication skills for presenting to executive stakeholders
- Certification in CBAP or PMP preferred
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
