Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise systems, networks, and cloud infrastructure during night hours
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement proactive maintenance
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve escalated tickets and maintain SLA compliance
- Document incidents, changes, and knowledge base articles with precision
- Execute scheduled system patches, updates, and security protocols
- Support critical business applications and database systems during peak off-peak hours
- Maintain compliance with corporate IT policies and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise IT support experience with night shift or 24/7 operations
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong networking skills (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls)
- Certifications: CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Azure/AWS preferred
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and monitoring tools (Splunk, Nagios)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
- Must be available to work 10 PM - 6 AM with rotating weekends
