Responsibilities
- Oversee end-toend project lifecycles from initiation to closure using Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Coordinate 15+ cross-functional teams across development, QA, and infrastructure
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for high-stakes deliverables
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with ISO 27001 standards
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives during night shift hours
- Generate comprehensive project documentation and executive dashboards
- Stakeholder management with C-suite executives and external partners
Qualifications
- 5+ years in IT project management with PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven experience leading night shift operations or global teams
- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Strong background in cloud migration (AWS/Azure) and DevOps practices
- Exceptional communication skills for asynchronous collaboration
- Experience with enterprise-scale projects ($5M+ budget)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
