Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and process modeling tools
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with financial systems or SaaS products
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or CSM) highly valued
