Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Assist in interviewing stakeholders and gathering detailed business requirements for new projects and system implementations.
- Process Mapping: Create clear and concise process maps, flowcharts, and diagrams using Visio to visualize business operations.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation for business processes, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Data Analysis: Support the collection and analysis of data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for operational improvement.
- Testing Support: Collaborate with the QA and development teams to ensure software solutions meet business needs and user expectations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, translating technical jargon into plain English.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to the management team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about business processes and data.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Visio.
