Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define business needs, scope, and objectives.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications and user stories.
- Design and document process flow diagrams, use cases, and data models using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired future states.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project KPIs and provide regular status reports to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or technology environment.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
