Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth interviews and workshops to gather and document detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA) to define system requirements and ensure technical feasibility.
- Design and maintain process flow diagrams, user stories, and wireframes to visualize business processes.
- Perform gap analysis between current state processes and proposed future state solutions.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or bottlenecks, providing mitigation strategies.
- Train end-users on new systems and processes, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar data analysis role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail.
