Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for development teams
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Excel to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to map processes and design workflow improvements
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau to visualize KPIs and performance metrics
- Facilitate requirements workshops and document findings in clear, concise deliverables
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed system enhancements
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new business solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with direct client interaction
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven experience documenting requirements using UML or similar methodologies
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience with agile development methodologies and JIRA
