Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and functional specifications.
- Process Mapping: Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and user stories using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or JIRA.
- Data Analysis: Evaluate business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to increase efficiency and profitability.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between business units and the IT department to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including business requirements documents (BRD) and technical design documents (TDD).
- Testing Support: Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases and validate that solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
