- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solution alignment
- Present findings to senior leadership with actionable recommendations
- Support QA testing and implementation of new systems
Qualifications
- Recent Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field OR equivalent experience
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
