Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Develop detailed process flows, data models, and documentation using BPMN and UML
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Excel to identify trends and recommend solutions
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
- Create and maintain dashboards using Power BI to visualize KPIs and performance metrics
- Validate system changes through UAT and coordinate deployment activities
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visualizations and reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Strong background in process modeling and requirements documentation
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful BA deliverables required
