Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders using interviews, surveys, and workshop facilitation techniques.
- Support data analysis tasks by cleaning data, creating reports, and identifying trends to support decision-making processes.
- Create and maintain documentation such as process maps, use case diagrams, and functional requirement specifications (FRS).
- Collaborate with IT teams to translate business needs into technical specifications for software development projects.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to provide insights on industry best practices.
- Participate in project meetings and take minutes to ensure accurate project tracking and communication.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to help the organization become more efficient.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Graduates with a passion for analytics are also encouraged to apply.
- No Experience Required: While prior internship experience is a plus, it is not mandatory. We value potential and attitude.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to break down complex problems into manageable components.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required. Experience with SQL, Tableau, or PowerBI is a strong plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with non-technical stakeholders.
