Responsibilities

- Lead user acceptance testing and validation sessions

- Facilitate workshops and present findings to executive leadership

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience with SaaS/tech industry focus
- Expertise in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Proven track record of documenting requirements using UML/SWOT
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) highly valued
