Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Conduct thorough research and data analysis to support business process improvements.
- Create detailed process maps, wireframes, and user stories.
- Work closely with software developers and QA teams to ensure efficient implementation of solutions.
- Perform gap analysis between current state and future state business processes.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and document findings.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
