Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business process analysis to identify improvement opportunities and inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements, scope, and deliverables for software projects.
- Create detailed documentation, including business requirements documents (BRD) and technical specifications.
- Perform data analysis and modeling to support data-driven decision-making.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams (developers, engineers) and business units.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor project milestones and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
