Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering sessions to define business needs and project goals.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement, efficiency, and growth.
- Create detailed documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, and Use Cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, QA engineers, and project managers.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and mitigate risks to ensure successful delivery.
- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate solutions against defined requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience with wireframing tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) is a plus.
