Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive stakeholder interviews to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications.
- Collaborate with technical teams (developers, QA, architects) to design scalable solutions and ensure feasibility of proposed changes.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including user stories, process flows, wireframes, and use case diagrams.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired business outcomes.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project updates, ensuring transparency across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development or IT environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) for data manipulation and reporting.
- Experience with requirements gathering tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps) and wireframing tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Axure).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly desirable.
