Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for process improvement.
- Create and maintain clear documentation, including flowcharts, process maps, and user stories.
- Collaborate with the IT and operations teams to ensure business needs are accurately translated into technical solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare weekly reports for management.
- Support the testing and quality assurance (QA) phases of software development projects.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required.
- Basic understanding of SQL or database concepts is a plus but not mandatory.
- A self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
