Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional requirements
- Develop and maintain dashboards using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategic initiatives
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to leadership
- Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives and quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience documenting requirements using UML or similar frameworks
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred but not required
