Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements from various stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to translate business requirements into functional technical specifications and user stories.
- Create detailed process maps, wireframes, and flowcharts using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or JIRA.
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder meetings to ensure clear communication.
- Monitor project milestones and provide regular updates on deliverables to ensure project timelines are met.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate solutions against defined business criteria.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or technology environment.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
