Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify business problems and propose effective solutions.
- Gather, document, and manage detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, concise functional specifications and user stories.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical feasibility of proposed solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
