Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, and resource allocation
- Manage stakeholder communication across technical and non-technical audiences
- Identify and mitigate project risks using quantitative analysis tools
- Implement daily stand-ups and retrospectives for continuous improvement
- Track KPIs and report progress to executive leadership
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party partners
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech or SaaS environments
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record managing projects with budgets exceeding $1M
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, or similar project management platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience in risk matrix development
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments
